The residential and commercial division was the first division established by Jerry Campbell in 1976. It has grown from building simple house pads to offering services that include digging swimming pools, yard grades, drainage repair, demolition, site clearing, and much more.
Our latest improvement to this division is the addition of laser equipment. Laser grading is the most precise manner of finishing a surface. A transmitter emits a plane of light in all directions across the ground surface. A receiver mounted on our equipment then senses the laser and a computer-controlled hydraulic system adjusts the blade accordingly to create the exact elevations necessary. Laser-leveling allows for precise drainage and decreased slope. Also, because the computer is guiding the equipment, the operator, grade checker, and engineer can be combined into just one person therefore lowering labor costs on your project.
